L’idée d’un partenariat entre APOROS et ETAI (Étudiants Toulousains pour l’Aide Internationale) est née lors de la remise des prix Culture ActionS, à Paris.
Trois photographes d’APOROS partent à Hanoi, en compagnie des membres d’ETAI en juin-juillet pour effectuer un reportage sur les enfants de l’hôpital pédiatrique et mener une action pédagogique auprès des enfants du Fisher Village.
